The former New Jersey (soon to be Brooklyn) Nets forward doesn?t think a divorce is enough to sever ties with the Kardashian clan, Humphries is seeking to have his marriage to the reality starlet annulled.

California law states that if the marriage is annulled, so are the confines of the couples pre-nuptial agreement.
According to gossip site RadarOnline.com the iron-clad pre-nup has some serious confidentiality clauses, ?The confidentiality aspect of the prenup is extensive and was created just in case things went bad, neither Kim nor Kris could discuss their relationship to the media. But now, Kris wants to be able to talk about the relationship without fear of being sued,? a source told RadarOnline.com.
